Approximately 30 years of experience in tax matters. In particular with negotiation and litigation. We provide legal assistance starting from objection procedures up to litigation before the Dutch Supreme Court (Hoge Raad der Nederlanden). In urgent cases, we can arrange a meeting with you within 24 hours. You can also get in touch with us outside of office hours to arrange meetings.

A second opinion discussed in an initial meeting will be free of charge.

Keen assessment of the feasibility of the case and an estimate of the time needed to handle the matter. Cases are handled efficiently without unnecessary delay. Expertise is kept up to date through annual continuing professional education.

If you are living abroad, or you are living in the Netherlands and do not speak Dutch, we will arrange for a sworn translator to sit in on the meetings and/or translate any correspondence. This will keep you informed about your case right from the start.

Once an order confirmation has been sent, we will charge an hourly rate of interpreter/translator fees. A log will be kept detailing the work performed. Alternatively, a fixed price assignment can be agreed upon.
